Why the project began

The business trigger

The developer was preparing an international launch, but architects, brokers and sales teams were presenting different versions of the project.

Engagement: Integrated commercial launch
What Tengri produced

The actual build

A multilingual project website, structured residence catalogue, broker sales kit, campaign landing pages and CRM-qualified enquiry flow.

Designed for: International buyers, appointed brokers and the developer’s in-house sales team
01 · Client situation

Where the engagement began

The development itself was credible, but its commercial presentation had grown in fragments: architectural material sat with the design team, pricing and availability were maintained separately, broker presentations varied by intermediary, and digital enquiries arrived without consistent buyer context. The project looked different depending on who presented it.

02 · Commercial difficulty

Why a standard service package would fail

International buyers needed a concise reason to trust the project, understand the location, compare available options and request a serious conversation. The developer also needed approved information to remain consistent across the website, brokers, campaigns and internal sales team—without exposing commercially sensitive inventory or pricing controls.

03 · Strategic decision

How Tengri framed the mandate

Tengri treated the assignment as a commercial operating system rather than a website commission. Every public claim, campaign route and broker asset had to originate from the same approved project narrative and feed one accountable enquiry process.

04 · Delivery sequence

From diagnosis to operating handover

01

Discovery & control

Consolidated approved project facts, buyer segments, competitive context, sales dependencies and disclosure boundaries.

02

Positioning & content

Built the international proposition, location narrative, buyer questions, multilingual content structure and broker story.

03

Platform & pipeline

Designed the premium project experience, structured unit discovery, enquiry qualification, CRM routing and ownership rules.

04

Launch readiness

Prepared campaign journeys, broker tools, analytics events, response standards and a handover plan for the sales team.

05 · Controlled outputs

What the mandate produced

  • International project positioning
  • Approved content and claims library
  • Premium development website
  • Multilingual buyer journeys
  • Broker presentation system
  • CRM enquiry qualification and routing
  • Campaign landing-page framework
  • Analytics and sales handover standards
06 · Business value

What changed operationally

  • The project could be presented through one consistent international narrative.
  • Buyers received clearer information before reaching the sales team.
  • Brokers worked from controlled, current project material rather than separate versions.
  • Every digital enquiry entered a defined route with context and accountable ownership.
